Amit Rahane is the Vice President of the ACFE Mumbai Chapter. He is also a Partner with EY Forensic & Integrity Services and specializes in fraud risk assessments, fraud Investigations, pre-acquisition due diligence, integrity monitoring, forensic accounting reviews, diagnostic reviews and support on litigations involving FCPA and anti-fraud controls.

Over the last 20 years, he has led several forensic investigations and forensic audits for regulators, enforcement authorities and large Indian and multinational companies in India, the US, Asia, Europe and Africa. He has led some of the largest investigations in corporate India and is regularly involved in complex investigations conducted by enforcement authorities and regulators in India. He has conducted several training workshops on investigations, forensic audits, forensic accounting, fraud risk management and anti-corruption compliance for companies and for federal and state enforcement agencies in India.

He is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
