Mukul Shrivastava is the Vice President of the ACFE Mumbai Chapter. He has extensive experience of over 25 years working with global and Indian corporates to investigate allegations of fraud, corruption and instances of non-compliance.

He is also a Partner with EY Forensic & Integrity Services and specializes in the Media and Entertainment sector, having advised large, multi-national companies in this space. He also possesses significant expertise in sectors such as financial services, aviation, healthcare, hospitality and technology.

Mukul has led many engagements in areas such as investigations (Foreign Corruption Practices Act or FCPA), stock frauds, misreporting and falsification of financial statements, management and employee frauds. He is experienced in compliance audits, due diligence reviews and investigation of advertising and marketing irregularities. He has also led technology teams for Data Analytics, Digital Evidence Recovery and Software License Forensic work.
